Well, since she ‘has it all’ already, why not just get clothes and/or toys that you think are cute for the baby - Things that are cute but not really necessary. You can also get some diapers and formula too because you can never have enough of those for a baby. You can also get like a gift certificate to have professional photos done of the baby - not sure if that would be within the $200.00 limit, though.
