get a laundry basket and fill it full of goodies.. like: wipes, lotion, baby soap, fingernail clippers, diapers, socks, cloths, a blanket, bottles, etc.

A laundy basket full of things, all things…couple onsies, diapers, wipes, baby powder, gas drops, tylenol, infant care kit (nail clippers, suction etc) bibs, socks, baby wash, lotion, all types of things, just throw it together with some tissue paper and a bow and it’s a personalized, thoughtful, and useful gift
