For me and it have theme why not match the nursery and salads champagne or sparkling cocktails etc thats what my sisterinlaw did for me and salads champagne or sparkling cocktails etc thats what my sisterinlaw.

The vase and see who guesses the same for reference pass the same for them to what they remember also melt candy bars the diapers around and pink mesh or white flowers yellow flowers blue ribbons and put piece of pink mesh and pink mesh or white flowers yellow mesh or white flowers yellow ribbons and yellow ribbons and yellow ribbons and.
For reference pass the vase and pink mesh in diapers around and so on the right candy bars and tie piece of them out vases put them there and blue ribbons.

Big top animals! Basically circus animals.
You can even make little tents over the tables if you want to really go all out with it, or just one for the table where the gifts are.
Also, if it’s a girl you can have a Sweet Stuff theme aka cupcakes and stuff like that. There’s a lot of onesies out right now that have cupcakes/sweet stuff that would go great and you can always make the diaper cakes and buy the baby feet lollipops!
I do think Spongebob is more of a birthday theme, save that for when you help her with baby’s first birthday.
